North Coast Baseball 2008 Game Cancellation/Reschedule Instructions:

More than 24 hours prior to game time, call visiting team and email league office to cancel or change a game.

Rescheduling of umpires is done through the North Coast league office only after both teams

agree to a reschedule date. 

North Coast Baseball 2008 Rainout Instructions: 

Day of Game: Home Team Head Coach is responsible for notifying umpire coordinator, visiting team and league office for cancellations.   Follow instructions below.

Fees apply for late cancellation notice inside of 90 minutes prior to start of game or if game is cancelled just prior to start.  Teams are responsible for these fees.

Locate the appropriate Umpire Association on the Master Game Schedule for your Age Division

Independent Umpire Coordinator: Call Jerry Allison 585-436-5252 and 585-967-3592

Eastern Umpire Coordinator: Call Claude Toppi  585-402-2662 and 585-259-4444  or home 585-671-2325

GVUA Umpires  -  Follow these instructions.  Head Coaches must call both umpires directly to cancel a game.
