2012 Winter Meeting Notice - Date Change
The North Coast Baseball Winter 2012 coaches meeting will be held on
Sunday February 12th
at Frozen Ropes in East Rochester
Start Time 1:00 PM
Returning teams and coaches interested in finding information
about the league should attend.
Registration for the 2012 season will take place at the end of the meeting.

2012 Tryouts
14u team looking for players Grow2Pro Sluggers is is an established Travel Tournament looking for serious baseball players who want to play baseball. This team will play 50+ games during the 2012 season. While we are looking for any very talented player we are specifically looking for catchers. If you are an infielder or outfielder it is a requirement that you can also pitch to be considered for this team. We would also be willing to add a player who only wants to pitch. Grow 2 Pro 2012 Team Tryouts:
Tryouts for 2012 Grow 2 Pro 10U & 12U North Coast Teams will
be held Saturday 12/10 and Saturday 12/17 at Rochester Sports Garden from 1-3
pm.
We are looking for committed baseball players and families to join
us for some fun and competitive baseball in the Rochester area along with playing
in multiple tournaments in NY and PA. We are looking to field our teams and to
begin practicing weekly starting in January 2012.
Costs will be $10 per player for each session to cover facility
expenses. Eligible players may not turn 10 or 12 before May 1, 2012.

What: An 11u
baseball team from Rochester is forming to compete in the North Coast baseball
league (16) games and about 5 tournaments in and around the Rochester area in
2012.

Eligibility:
Players may not turn 12 before May 1, 2012.
Costs:
Expect to pay around $425.00 per player for this team
(North Coast League Fees, insurance, uniforms and tournaments in Rochester and
the Buffalo area).

Bobcats Baseball – 11U and 14U Roster Spots Available Bobcats Baseball will be
fielding two teams in 2012. One is an
11U team and there are still several roster spots available. Open practices are scheduled on the following
Saturday October 22nd 3:30-5:30 and will be held at Meridian Center Park in
Brighton. Any interested player born on
or after May 1st, 2000 should attend one or both of these practices. Responses and inquiries should be directed to

also be a Bobcats 14U team, which likewise has several roster spots available. A 14U tryout is scheduled for Saturday,
October 8th from 1:00-3:00 at Brighton High School. Responses and inquiries should be directed to

North Coast Highlanders 10U Try Outs
The North Coast Highlanders, formerly the 2011 league champions Frozen Ropes 10U team, is holding open try outs for the 2012 season. We will be playing in the 11U division in the North Coast league throughout Greater Rochester and Cooperstown rules tournaments @ the 10U level. We will enter in 4 to 6 tournaments in Central and Western NY, Pa and Ohio. Players can not have turned 11 years of age before April 30th, 2012. This is a highly competitive squad and players should expect to play 40 - 50 games between April 1st and August 1st of 2012. We are seeking both, dedicated players and committed families to join us as we strive to compete @ the highest level available in the Great Lakes area. Our squad has a proven track record of player development and success.
